How To Make Gravlax

INGREDIENTS

2 salmon fillets, with bones removed
1/4 cup sugar
3 tablespoons salt
1 bunch fresh dill, trimmed

DIRECTIONS

1. Rinse salmon under running cold water, pat dry and place in plastic bag.

2. Combine salt, sugar, and dill in bowl. Mix well.

3. Add mixture to salmon.

4. Refrigerate 24 hours.
